Proposals Manager - Global Law Firm

Our client, a top tier global law firm, is currently looking for a new London based Proposals Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the firm's Proposals team, leading on responses to strategic pitch and panel opportunities and applying best practices and processes. You'll also be supporting the Partnership and wider Business Development team with client-facing pitches.

You will be responsible for facilitating and leading meetings, agreeing strategy and messaging, drafting and reviewing content from a marketing perspective and coaching deal teams on winning proposals.

You must have a client-centric approach and be able to develop pitch content that encapsulates this. You will also need to promote quality of thinking and performance that adds value to each pitch proposal and oversee a portfolio of pitches.

Experience/Skills Required

• Extensive experience of managing strategic and panel pitches, providing advice on approach and strategy.
• Previous experience of working in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in developing best practice and / or implementing new processes is ideal.
