Proposal Coordinator

Job Title: Bids / Proposal Executive
Location: London / Hybrid
Reports to: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
I am working on behalf of a leading international Professional Services firm that is looking for a Bids / Proposal Executive to join their team. This is a newly created role where you will manage high-quality bids and proposals. You will coordinate and submit proposals, ensuring they align with client requirements and network strategy. This role involves working closely with internal teams to gather information and ensure all proposals are accurate and compelling. Working in an international firm would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• RFP Coordination: Manage the end-to-end RFP process, ensuring timely submissions.
• Document Management: Maintain and update proposal templates and content.
• Content Development: Edit and customize non-technical sections of proposals.
• Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Quality Control: Review proposals for accuracy and quality.
• Administrative Support: Track RFP status and assist in post-submission debriefs.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
