Pricing and Commercial Analyst

Ambition is representing a Silver Circle Law Firm who are currently looking for a proactive Pricing & Commercial Analyst to join their collaborative team. As a Pricing & Commercial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the wider Pricing & Finance Operations team, Partners, Business Managers & BD to create pricing scenarios based on financial models, and present these results to all levels of seniority. As the Pricing & Commercial Analyst some of your responsibilities include:

• Financial modelling, tracking and reporting on financial performance
• Develop, manage and support pricing tools and platforms
• Supporting partners and lawyers with their decision-making on any aspects of pricing
• Assisting on formal responses to tenders
• Supporting the bid and negotiation cycle by providing financial analysis, modelling and scenarios to support discussions
• Support the firm's global pricing approval process
• Supporting the design, development and implementation of Excel based tools
• Creating and running internal training sessions for lawyers and business services teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and share information of Commercial team developments with business teams

To be successful in this Pricing & Commercial Analyst position, some of the requirements include:

• Financial Analysis, Modelling or Pricing experience within a Law Firm or professional services setting
• Proficient on Excel (including Pivot tables & VlookUp)
• Ability to analyse and interpret financial data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
• Excellent Communication skills and experience with senior stakeholders
• Highly numerate and analytical skills
• Ability to work within a team and have a positive attitude
