The Job

This pivotal role sits at the heart of the marketing and business development team, reporting to the Director of Marketing and Business Development while leading a dedicated PR and communications executive. You'll engage directly with senior management, partners, and legal professionals to:

• Shape external communication strategies and oversee media engagements.
• Manage corporate communications, including partner announcements and financial results.
• Proactively raise profiles through strategic media opportunities and awards programmes.
• Build and maintain key relationships with journalists and press contacts across national, trade, and legal media.

Your expertise will help drive the firm's market perception, manage its reputation, and ensure consistent excellence in external communications.

The Ideal Person

• Proven PR experience within professional services or a relevant PR agency.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including media relations and reputation management.
