Policy and Communication Senior Manager 6-month FTC

Ambition is seeking an energetic Policy and Communications Senior Manager for a 6-month FTC on behalf of a Magic Circle law firm. Joining the marketing team for the world's leading advisory firm, this role is responsible for helping shape and deliver the AI strategy. It would also support the Head of Communications in developing the firm's policy. As a Policy and communications senior manager, you will be involved in several exciting projects including:

• Lead the development and implementation of our AI communications strategy and messaging.
• Lead on AI external communications - liaising with journalists; ensuring media coverage, etc.
• Lead in researching and drafting materials for the AI website, thought leadership for partners, and other AI-related content.
• Help to prepare communications to clients on our responsible AI usage and deployment.
• Support the Head of Corporate Communications and other partners in policy work for the firm.

To be considered for the position the following is required:

• Ideally have either worked at a tech company or worked in a role where they focus on AI/technology.
• Has some experience working with outlets like the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, etc.
• comfortable working in fast-paced, demanding teams.
• Broad experience in the strategy and delivery of best-in-class marketing and communications campaigns.
• Demonstrable interest in, and some experience of, the fast-evolving world of AI.
