Pitch Manager - Business Development & Marketing

A leading full-service law firm is seeking a Pitch Manager to join its Business Development and Marketing team. Known for its expertise in Asset Management, M&A, and Dispute Resolution & Investigations, the firm advises major corporates, financial institutions, and asset managers across alternative asset classes on complex UK and cross-border matters.

The Role:
Reporting to a Senior Business Development Manager, the Pitch Manager will lead on strategic and firmwide pitches, including panel RFPs and large transactional opportunities. This role is pivotal in shaping compelling proposals, improving the efficiency and quality of the pitch process, and ensuring the firm is presented at its best to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and champion pitch standards across the BDMC team.
• Lead high-profile pitches and panel submissions.
• Develop tailored content and messaging with strong value propositions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Drive innovation in pitch collateral and maintain up-to-date materials.
• Support market research and cross-practice BD initiatives.

About You:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in business development within professional services.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and build strong internal relationships.
• Proactive, commercially astute, and confident in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with pitch tools and design software (Adobe InDesign desirable).
