Pitch and Proposals Coordinator - £45,000 with hybrid working

This top tier US law firm are looking for an experienced pitch/bids professional to join the team to work alongside their senior pitch specialist and also wider members of the pitch team in London and the US. If you're a strong content writer and experienced with bids and proposals and keen to work for a firm whose clients are some of the biggest names in the tech space then this could be a really exciting opportunity.

Duties will include:

• Assisting with the production of strategic new business proposals across the business
• Drafting material and content in response to RFP's
• Production of general team credentials materials
• Coordinating and proof reading the final production of bids and proposals across the firm
• Manage the bids library for all bids/pitch content material
• Track responses and success of submitted pitches
• Reporting on pipeline and analysing successful and unsuccessful pitches and any client trends

What's needed:

• Previous experience within a bids/proposals role within professional services
• Strong writing and proof reading skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Creativity and analytical skills
