Part-Time Business Development Manager 12-month FTC

Ambition is seeking a part-time Business Development Manager on a 12-month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading firm that offers high-quality legal advice and representation on a 2 day a week basis. As a Business Development Manager you will be assisting with the production of all Marketing and Business Development materials, you will also be involved in a number of exciting opportunities including:

  • Website updating and some copywriting
  • Assisting the marketing manager in maintaining the chambers' social media presence
  • Maintaining the client database in LEX
  • Supporting the marketing manager with the legal directory submission process
  • Generate business development and CRM reports
  • Sending out campaigns
  • Analysing feedback from client events
  • Event management including identifying target invitees and creating invitations

In addition, approximately 20% of this role is to provide support to the Chambers Director:

  • Organising library purchases, hardcopy and electronic, on behalf of barristers
  • Providing administrative support to the Pupillage Committee
  • Liaising with suppliers and tradespeople about facilities issues
  • Arranging quotations from suppliers for maintenance
  • General administrative duties as required

It is stipulated that the successful candidate will work 2 days a week with 1 day in the office mandatory.
