Supporting a high performing group, this PA role will be supporting a fantastic Partner and wider team - you'll be a super star organiser, love managing complex diaries and a fantastic communicator! The PA role is offered on a temporary basis initially, but there is a real opportunity for this to progress to a permanent position for the right candidate.

The main remit of this PA role includes:

• High level diary management - dealing with short notice changes and conflicts and proactively thinking ahead to ensure appointments are practical and effective
• Inbox management for the Partner
• Updating WIP reports and project codes
• Supporting the billing process as required
• Updating CRM system
• Production of a range of client documentation
• Working as part of a group of excellent PA's to offer support as needed

The successful candidate for this PA role will need:

• Strong previous experience of working as a PA, with particularly good diary management skills
• Previous experience of working in a professional services or corporate environment
• Fast and accurate typing skills - 50 to 60 wpm
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - able to liaise at all levels
• Great attention to detail
• Advanced levels of MS Office
• Immediately available, happy to commit to an ongoing temporary role and open to the possibility of becoming permanent
