To help delivery on this strategic plan, we are looking for a National Marketing Operations Manager to join the high performing Marketing team in a newly created position.

Reporting to the fantastic Head of Marketing in the UK, this role will see the successful candidate work as an effective influencer in the firm, who is passionate about innovation and who is a best practice genius.

The National Marketing Operations Manager will deliver on a wide range of exciting marketing transformation projects, as well as acting as a trusted advisor to the team and wider business. The National Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for a team of 2 direct reports and the successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Developing the strategy and delivering the plan to embed best practice across the UK marketing operations function
  • Elevating marketing operations to delivery effective, impactful and client focused processes across both agency and corporate marketing activities and campaigns
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders to provide advice and guidance on best practice and innovation insights
  • Analysing performance and insight to help shape and enhance the client journey, digital and social channels, lead generation and campaigns for the corporate marketing, transactional services and agency teams
  • Working with the team and wider business to deliver process, digital, automation and customer journey transformation projects



The successful candidate for this National Marketing Operations Manager role will have:

  • Experience of managing or activating agency or transactional marketing campaigns or operations gained in a commercial real estate, real estate investment or real estate development firm
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of digital marketing strategy, analytics and best practice
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insight into actions
  • Good working knowledge of the creative management process
  • Experience of CRM platforms
