Markets & Growth Manager - Technology & DET (14‑month FTC)

A leading global professional services firm is seeking an experienced Markets & Growth Manager to help drive strategy and growth across the Technology and Digital, Energy & Transition (DET) space - a key priority area in its long‑term strategy.

This role partners closely with senior stakeholders to shape and execute sector strategy, identify growth opportunities, lead high‑value pursuits and deliver integrated, market‑facing campaigns. Working across practices and regions, the role brings together client insight, commercial rigour and collaboration to deepen client relationships and accelerate revenue growth.

The position includes line management of one executive and plays a visible, influential role within a global Markets & Growth function.

The successful candidate will bring:

• Experience in business development, markets or growth within professional services
• Strong strategic planning and execution capability
• Proven ability to manage opportunities, bids and client growth initiatives
• Commercial acumen and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to connect teams and ideas

Fixed‑term parental leave cover (14 months).
