Marketing Specialist (Sustainability)

I am working with global consulting firm who has a new requirement for a Marketing Specialist to join them on a permanent basis. You will have a strong focus on shaping and developing compelling content, with the opportunity to own the publication process of key reports, analysis, and perspectives. Your focus area will be Sustainability, but you will have the opportunity to work across several other topics and campaigns including supporting our developing Health practice in Europe. You'll be working closely with the partner and Consultant group as well as the European and global marketing team to plan, develop and implement marketing programs that raise brand awareness and commercial effectiveness, including the adaptation of marketing content, public relations, social media & digital campaigns, events, and direct marketing.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Develop and manage marketing and communication activities that successfully raises the firm's brand primarily for our sustainability and health practices but with the opportunity to work across other European campaigns as required
• Support the creation and adaptation of marketing content, with a client-centric view and a PR-first approach where needed
• Work closely with other local and global teams (Digital, Web, Recruiting, Alumni) to support targeted marketing initiatives
• Be able to build trust with senior stakeholders and establish collaborative relationships across a matrix organization
• A strategic and strong project manager, able to work independently and in teams to create, manage, and meet deadlines

Key experience to be considered:

• Minimum of three years' experience working in a similar role within a professional services firm.
• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems
• Preferable experience working across an international team
• Be able to shift priorities proactively
