An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Marketing Manager to join a market leading property and construction consultancy firm who are progressive, collaborative and diverse. This firm is well established and has a great reputation in the market and due to continued growth and success, they are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join the existing team.

This role will be aligned to a specific sector, so the successful candidate will have a superb opportunity to take real ownership for the business unit and directly contribute to the success of the team. The role will work with locations Nationally, with some exposure Internationally.

This Marketing Manager role is newly created and will include:

  • Identifying prospective clients and growth areas for the sector; maintaining effectively segmented client data and qualifying marketing leads
  • Identifying sector strengths and success stories in line with 'client-needs' intelligence to deliver solution-focused messages
  • Delivering key messages through multiple channels by target audience
  • Updating stakeholders on client intelligence gained through campaigns
  • Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager with social media requirements including website and social media posts
  • Coordinate the organisation of trade events, conferences and networking events
  • Support bid team as required to pre-position the firm and during bid submission
  • Develop sales support collateral and capability statements
  • Publish success stories and sector news internally to raise awareness and encourage cross-selling opportunities
  • Support with production of reports and market data



In order to be successful in this Marketing Manager role you will

  • Previous marketing experience gained in the construction industry
  • A good understanding of lead generation marketing tactics and audience segmentation.
  • Bachelors' degree in marketing and / or CIM diploma - or significant relevant experience
  • InDesign skills and ability to create basic campaign material
  • MS Dynamics experience would be highly beneficial
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong IT skills and familiar with CRM systems
  • Motivated, proactive, goal orientated
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness for collaboration
