Marketing Business Development and Digital Assistant

A top international law firm is looking for a talented graduate to join their leading client/tax team and digital team! This is a new role and will offer great exposure to a range of marketing and business development activity with a distinct focus on digital marketing. Now is a great time to join this dynamic and friendly team as the firm is currently investing substantially in its digital platform which is at the heart of everything they do! In this exciting new role, you will also be given the opportunity to liaise with people at all levels within the firm, from senior partners to other business service departments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • You will utilise the firms campaign software to create branded newsletters, briefings and event invitations which are sent to clients and intermediary contacts.
  • You will play a key role in assisting with the publishing of exciting content to social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • You will get the chance to organise and attend webinars and bespoke events.
  • Work closely with the CRM manager to actively encourage best use of the firms CRM system within the private client and tax team.
  • Keep on top of updating content on the firms' websites and blogs, using their content management systems.
  • Work alongside the firms talented internal communications team to raise the profile of the division.
  • Prepare key pitches as well as credential documents.

About You

  • You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent)
  • You will ideally have done a work placement/work experience/internship within a digital marketing team.
  • You will have a great knowledge of a range of social media platforms and will be eager to learn about new advances and software.
  • A knowledge of InterAction is advantageous but is not essential as full in-depth training will be provided!
  • You will have great communication skills verbal and written and an ability to juggle deadlines.
