Marketing Assistant / Coordinator

I am working with a global top 10 professional services network, who are looking for a Marketing Assistant or Coordinator to join them on an initial 3-month period.

This role may extend past the 3 months or go permanent.

You will need to:

Liaise with network firms: You'll assist them in adopting their content management system (CMS), Craft, for their websites.

Training and support: You'll guide member firm marketer effectively using the CMS.

Global website maintenance: When needed, you'll provide support for maintaining their global website.

Additionally, there are other areas where your expertise may come into play:

Social Media & Email Communications:

Utilize Sprout Social to manage social media posting schedule and track performance.

Create engaging content for social media channels.

Assist with email communications using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Desired Skills

Knowledge and Experience of Using Website Content Management Systems:

Proficiency in handling CMS platforms is crucial for success.

Effective Stakeholder Management and Good Communication:

You'll engage with various stakeholders, so strong communication skills are essential.

You must be available to start within 2 weeks.
