A high profile and international law firm is searching for an ambitious Marketing assistant to join their London offices. This is an exciting and creative role supporting the corporate and commercial practice areas as well as certain sector groups. The role will have a specific focus on working alongside the firms Charities team whilst also giving you the opportunity to play a key role in supporting their Luxury Brands and Fashion group! Their charities client base includes acting for over 50% of the Top Charities in the UK and they represent 35% of The Sunday Times Giving List. As charities are looking to support scientific innovation, you will also get the chance to work with the firm's technology and life sciences team in developing ideas and initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities
You will support the MBD Managers on all aspects of marketing and business development activity to include marketing and business planning, supporting fee earners on their personal marketing plans etc.
Communicating with and building relationships with peers at other complementary organisations and proposing new ideas to help build the firms brand and reputation.
Take on a lead role in major campaigns and marketing projects.
Prepare pitch documents ensuring the credentials reflect the strengths of the firm.
Organise bespoke events and webinars as well as attending them.
Work closely to the CRM manager on specific pipeline management initiatives encouraging the use of the firms CRM system (InterAction).
Support central projects - the firm boasts lots of opportunities and encourages whoever is in this role to put themselves forward for key projects to improve the way they work.
You will ideally have some relevant experience within professional services to include real estate sectors.
You will be passionate, ambitious, and enthusiastic about Marketing.
You will be creative and able to generate ideas whilst being highly organised.
You will have a high level of attention to detail and be emotionally intelligent flexing your style depending on who you are communicating with.
