Marketing & Business Development Manager (12-month FTC)
A leading boutique law firm is seeking a Marketing & BD Manager to cover a maternity leave and drive forward its marketing and business development strategy. This standalone role offers the chance to make a real impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver marketing and BD initiatives to raise profile and win new business
• Manage budgets, monitor ROI, and report on progress
• Organise events, conferences, and client networking opportunities
• Lead pitch preparation and maintain marketing collateral
• Drive digital marketing, social media, and CRM campaigns
• Coordinate directory submissions and award entries

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in Marketing & BD at Manager or Senior Executive level within legal or professional services
• Creative flair, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication
• Proactive, hands-on approach with ability to work independently
• Tech-savvy with CRM and digital marketing expertise

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in London, with flexible working options. Competitive salary offered.
