Marketing and Business Development Executive

One of the UK's most talked about law firms is looking for a talented Marketing and Business Development executive to join their award-winning team. This is a fascinating role that would suit someone who has extensive experience working with legal directories and award submissions. You will be based remotely with requirements to travel to the central London office 2/3 times a month for exciting events and key meetings.

Duties:

LEGAL DIRECTORIES

• Identifying directories and publications the firm and lawyers should be featured in
• Liaising with lawyers to find out what they have been working on
• Drafting the submissions and entries for all guides and directories
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with the researchers
• Coaching lawyers ahead of legal directory interviews
• Providing feedback to lawyers post interviews and release of guides
• Following up with researchers throughout the year updating them of new arrivals and developments in the teams
• Uploading relevant articles and other information to the sites accordingly
• Drafting lawyer profiles to feature in the directories and on the Keystone website

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Supplying information discovered in directory research to the marketing assistant so the credentials database can be maintained.
• Sourcing and identifying relevant experience in the firm for pitches and proposals
• Identifying lawyers to respond and feature in pitches/proposals/guides
• Drafting and creating pitches, proposals and other bespoke marketing documents
• Drafting new lawyer profiles

EVENTS

• Assisting with events that the Business Development Manager and team coordinate
• Running live webinars and seminars
• Recording of events via OBS Studio software and the ON24 platform (full training will be given)

About You:

• You will be confident in dealing with senior lawyers
• You will have a high level of written English, especially spelling and grammar
• You will have excellent organisational skills - must be able to multi-task and manage a range of activities in a timely and efficient manner
• You will have a can-do attitude and high attention to detail
• Ability to think outside of the box and a creative streak
