An international Law Firm is looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Marketing and Business Development Administrator to join their London offices. You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the administrative needs of the Business Development team and the firms key Business Development groups.
Roles and Responsibilities
Get the chance to assist in the organisation of bespoke events for the firm.
Assist with the collection and distribution of vital resources and information across the Business Development team and fee earners. For example, the production of communications reports.
Ensure that BD resources such as photos, brochures and credential lists are up to date and assist with various marketing collateral.
Update website content such as articles, fee earner profiles, news items, events etc.
Draft tweets and LinkedIn content and produce eye catching/relevant graphics.
Coordinate the firmwide sports calendar and season tickets for exciting sporting events.
Manage BD subscriptions and memberships and maintain key pitch logs.
You will ideally have relevant Business Development or Marketing experience or demonstrable administrative experience.
You will be passionate about Marketing and Business Development.
You will be highly organised and be confident in prioritising your workload.
You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
An interest in social media for BD is desirable, although not essential.
