Due to continued growth and success, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Marketing & BD Manager to join leading Real Estate Consultancy firm based in London.

This firm have a superb reputation amongst their clients and peers - they are innovative, collaborative, strategic and dynamic. They look after their people extremely well and have a supportive culture that develops people professionally and personally.

This Marketing & BD Manager role is newly created and will align with the firms' largest business area, both in terms of people and revenue. You'll be part of a high performing, well respected Marketing & BD team and will be acknowledged as a subject matter expert.

This is a full mix Marketing & BD Manager role that will see you involved in all aspects of Marketing & BD, including:

• Marketing planning and budgeting
• Marketing communications
• Supporting on new client acquisition and developing existing clients

As the Marketing & BD Manager for this business group, you'll be creating and implementing strategic Marketing & BD plans, producing wide ranging content from case studies to targeted campaigns, helping to create impactful bid collateral, researching new opportunities, developing client relationships, shaping best practice and working with the key client team to ensure client retention.

This Marketing & BD Manager role requires a candidate who has:

• Extensive prior experience in a full-service marketing & BD role, within a real estate environment
• Strong interest and understanding of the built environment and the landscape that shapes it
• Proven track record of supporting broad stakeholder groups and working on multiple projects
• Project management skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrates a creative approach to issues, solutions driven
• Writes engaging content across a variety of platforms
• Commercial acumen, able to identify opportunities and support client development
