Marketing & BD Manager - Pensions Advisory

A leading pensions advisory firm are looking to hire an experienced Marketing & BD Manager to sit within their close-knit team on a fixed term basis for 9 months. This role will be maternity cover.

The firm are renowned within this sector where they pride themselves as an extension to their clients with a rich history, recognised with multiple awards over the years.
The role of Marketing & BD Manager will sit within the Pensions side, which is the firm's flagship service line hence for the right individual, knowledge within this space would be ideal to hit the ground running.

Wider professional/financial services candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Partner of BD & Marketing to ensure marketing activity, campaigns and strategy are utilised strongly;
• Work with the partners to understand business targets in order to translate them into marketing plans;
• Implement new ideas whilst delivering marketing strategies to best practice;
• Develop innovative external communications campaigns to raise the brand's profile;
• Understand the multiple services the firm offers to communicate effectively to existing and prospective clients;
• Support, coach and mentor a BD executive;

To succeed in this position, you will be a Marketing & BD Manager with a full-mix marketing experience and ability to generate leads, identify opportunities and drive business growth.
