Marketing & BD Director - Practice

Ambition are keen to speak to experienced Marketing & Business Development leaders within Professional Services.
We are working with a top mid-tier full service accountancy practice who require a new Marketing & Business Development Director to head up their team between London and their home counties office.

As the firm's Marketing & Business Development Director, you will guide the Partnership group and Management Board on the firm's brand strategy, marketing performance, work pipeline from business development and campaign progress to influence growth and outreach to the wider market.
You will be a part of a core group of Central Services Directors, sitting within the firm's Executive team, leading an existing team of Marketing & Business Development professionals.

The firm are part of an international network of accountancy practices hence the ideal candidate will have experience working within an strong professional services brand with a global presence.

Market knowledge and having a strong network is imperative given the firm's stance in the sector. Experience of managing budgets of various sizes with an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving is highly desirable.

Successful applicants will be expected to demonstrate a strong record of achievements, ROI and examples of work generated.
