A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and proactive candidate to join a leading accountancy practice as a Senior BD & Marketing Executive. This would be a brilliant platform for an ambitious Senior Executive who is looking to take a step up and take on more responsibility and get involved in the strategy and execution of a range of BD & Marketing projects.

This firm have a small, but perfectly formed marketing & BD team in place, who are collaborative, supportive and innovative and are highly regarded by the business as subject matter experts. Due to continued growth and success, they are looking for a Marketing & BD Assistant Manager to join the team, working closely with internal stakeholders and the Marketing Partner.

The Senior BD & Marketing Executive role will be busy and varied and will cover a broad range of BD and marketing activities including:

  • Developing the marketing plan and managing budgets
  • Managing the full strategic pitch process
  • New business tracking and reporting
  • Working with Partners on client targeting and new business initiatives
  • Advising on best practice
  • Supporting internal comms
  • Developing content for external comms
  • Supporting the events programme
  • Assisting with the continued development of brand identity



The Senior BD & Marketing Executivewill develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and establish themselves as the 'go-to' team member for strategic advice on all things BD & marketing related.

The successful candidate will be key in developing strategic ideas and projects and will be encouraged to bring new ideas to the table.

To be successful in this Senior Bd & Marketing role you will need:

  • Significant experience in a broad Marketing & BD role within a professional services environment
  • Previous pitch/bids experience
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Great attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Experience of building relationships with key stakeholders and influencing decisions
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and InDesign
