Marketing & Business Development Adviser - Energy & Infrastructure
A leading, international law firm are looking for an ambitious Marketing & Business Development Adviser to support their wider team with BD and marketing activities for the energy & infrastructure practice. This will involve working with the firm's Energy, Infrastructure and Projects teams. You will be working in an exciting role that encompasses a wide range of business development and marketing activities. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-recognised global firm and gain some key experience in one of their biggest teams.
Some responsibilities of the role include:
Coordinating pitches and helping the pitch team prepare for key presentations to include writing domestic and cross-border pitches, proposals, and credentials
Write and produce other bespoke materials which will include client presentations
Collating and maintaining information on the firm-wide Global Pitch System and monitoring success rates
Working with practices on client targeting initiatives and analysis and helping practices with client relationship management initiatives
Maintaining and regularly analysing key M&BD information systems and library of materials
Working closely with the Professional Support Lawyers
Actively encourage full and effective use of the firm's CRM database
Co-ordinating client events/seminars/webinars in conjunction with the Events team
Contributing to the firm's deal reporting process
Writing, editing, and producing marketing communications to include credentials statements, presentations, brochures, internal and external alerts, newsletters, and web copy
What's needed
Previous experience in marketing/business development environment within a legal or professional services environment
Strong communication skills - verbal and written
