M&A Senior Associate

Ambition are working with one of the markets leading private equity backed M&A specialist firms to help expand their successful team further by hiring at the Associate or Senior Associate level.

This mid-market M&A firm, although sector agnostic, have very strong offerings within the Technology, Consumer, Healthcare and Business Services sectors. You would be joining a team of highly experienced investment banking and M&A advisory professionals who are extremely well versed in the mid-market M&A space with robust relationships across the private equity market.

What are they looking for?

In order to be suitable to join this team you will need to be experienced within the M&A sell-side space. Ideally you will have worked on a number of deals through to completion within the mid-market space, either from an M&A team within an accountancy practice or coming from an M&A boutique.

You must have at least 2-3 years M&A lead advisory experience.

You will be expected to have strong financial modelling skills, experienced in drafting IM's and drafting / attending pitch presentations. Networking is also a key part of this entrepreneurial M&A environment and therefore someone who is keen to grow their network and attend different networking events will be an important aspect of this role.
