M&A Manager

Ambition have partnered with a market leading firm to assist them in adding an M&A Manager to their M&A team in London.

As a manager you will be expected to lead mid-market M&A transactions, across a wide variety of sectors, from origination to completion. Joining this growing team will allow you to work on M&A projects with deal sizes ranging from £10m - £150m. You will be responsible for leading pitch presentations, with the opportunity to originate business for the team. Working alongside the directors and partners of the team you will be able to lead a successful M&A team throughout their growth phase.

Managerial responsibilities will also include supporting and mentoring junior staff as well as taking part in a wide variety of networking events.

To be suitable for this M&A Manager opportunity you must be ACA/ACCA/CFA qualified with a minimum of 2/3 years M&A experience either within an accounting practice or boutique advisory firm.
