M&A Manager

We have partnered with a top deal advisory team to help them recruit for a M&A Manager in their London office. If you are looking to build a career within a supportive environment at a genuinely ambitious firm, then this could be the role for you.

Upon starting as a Manager, you will join the deal advisory team working on lead advisory engagements within the SME space across a wide range of sectors. Your main focus will be M&A advisory services, but will also include business and company valuations, and business modelling.

In order to be suitable for this position:

• You will have a minimum of 1 year post-qualified M&A experience having worked on both buy-side and sell-side engagements
• Motivated to work in a small yet growing team
• You will have strong valuation and financial modelling skills
• Currently an experienced Assistant Manager or Manager
• ACA/CFA Qualified
