M&A Executive (Investment Banking)
We are pleased to be working with a forward-thinking boutique investment bank in London, which is looking for an M&A Executive with proven financial modelling skills to join their busy team. The firm focuses on working with ambitious privately owned businesses looking to grow or to exit their businesses and are working hard to change the way the industry services these clients.
Services include business planning and financial modelling, growth capital, pre-sale planning, debt advisory. The team pride themselves on being innovative thinkers able to offer a fresh approach to corporate advisory services, and the senior team consists of the likes of experienced entrepreneurs, investment bankers and sector specialists, from a variety of backgrounds.
Integral to any corporate transaction is a strong financial model supporting a solid business plan, and the team are looking for an accomplished M&A professional with second to none financial modelling skills. You can expect to assist clients with a range of advisory matters including mergers, acquisitions, buy-outs, pre-sale planning, major projects, distressed M&A and company valuations, and you will have gained broad M&A experience already, and be looking to take the next step in your career.
You should have a good eye for detail and be naturally inquisitive with strong analytical skills. In addition you will be able to communicate effectively and accurately both verbally and within written reports. You will be ambitious and entrepreneurial in your approach, with the confidence to deal with a range of clients and stakeholders.
Those who are technically strong with an audit or advisory background, and who are ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with at least 12 months' PQE in a corporate advisory role, are encouraged to apply.
