M&A Executive

We are proud to be partnering with a Top 10 advisory firm to recruit an M&A Executive to join their Manchester office. You'll be working alongside a range of M&A experts to help execute a variety of deals across a number of sectors.

As an M&A Executive, you will be working closely with the team to efficiently deliver services, across both buy-side and sell-side transactions. You will also be helping to prepare the financial models and reports, and delivering these to clients to provide valuable insights.

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Previous experience in Corporate Finance, via secondment or other, would be beneficial
• Genuine interest in pursuing an M&A career
