A great opportunity has arisen in the Southwest of England for a recently Qualified Accountant who has a serious interest in starting a career in Corporate Finance. A market leading boutique are continually looking to expand their firm due to a consistent increase in mid-market transactions. This firm is sector agnostic, therefore giving you exposure to an array of varied management buy-outs, acquisitions and company sales across a number of sectors.

This role is a pure Lead Advisory role in which you will gain experience on working on transactions from origination to completion. In a boutique environment you will have access to working directly with senior colleagues and assisting them with each aspect of the transaction. Your role will include financial modelling, valuations, drafting and pitching IMs.

Key Requirements:

• Accounting background from one of the Big 4 firms
• ACA qualified (or equivalent) with First Time Passes
• A real desire to move into a Corporate Finance Lead Advisory role
• Either fully qualified or due to be fully qualified by September 2021
