M&A Director

Ambition are working with a fast growing advisory firm who are actively recruiting for a Director to join and develop an M&A team in Bristol.

The firm is looking for an ambitious self-starting individual to lead a team working on a range of M&A advisory projects within the mid-market space across a variety of sectors. Typical deal size ranges from 10m - 150m

Requirements

• Be an experienced M&A professional with a proven track record of completing both buy and sell side engagements.
• You can be an experienced Senior Manager or Associate Director looking for their next step up, or a Director who is looking to build out a team with a strong focus on getting to Partner grade.
• You will be responsible for generating revenue for the division, therefore experience within business development is highly desirable.
• Ideally you will be ACA qualified, however at this level relevant experience is more desired.

Flexible work is available however, Bristol must be seen as the base of operations.
