M&A Associate Director - Corporate Finance Bouqtique

We are working with an excellent M&A boutique based in London that are looking to hire an experienced professional at the Associate Director level.

This is a specialist sell side M&A advisor working across a wide spectrum of sectors specialising in deal sizes ranging from £5 - £100 million. You'll be joining a tight knit and high achieving team that encourages everyone to contribute and will give you access to a full deal cycle with a great amount of variety.

Requirements

• Ideally at least 5 years of clear experience working in an M&A environment either in an accounting practice or corporate finance boutique
• Broad exposure to a wide range of sectors in M&A
• Comfortable managing all stages of the deal cycle
• Excellent interpersonal skills

This would be a great opportunity for someone that is established in the M&A world working for an accountancy practice that's interested in moving into a more entrepreneurial boutique environment.
