We have partnered with a successfully renowned mid-market M&A team in London who are in the process of expanding their M&A business in which over 100 professionals work within across the UK.
Specifically, you would be joining this firms M&A Consumer team with a focus on consumer brands and retail M&A. This is an opportunity to work across all lead advisory services including MBO's, acquisitions, divestments and capital raising.
Due to continued success in their current M&A team and with future pipeline being consistently strong this is a fantastic opportunity to work on a number of interesting M&A deals within the mid-market space. Deal size tends to range from £10m - £150m.
As an Associate Director joining this M&A Consumer team you will be responsible for leading M&A deals through to completion. You will also be able to play a key role in developing new potential business on both buy-side and sell-side mandates. Following on, as an Associate Director you will also take on the responsibility or mentoring and guiding junior staff throughout an M&A process.
In order to be suitable for this role you will:
Be a seasoned M&A lead advisory professional currently acting as a Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Director
Have completed a number of M&A transactions, and although sector experience is not mandatory an interest in Consumer Brands or experience within the sector will be advantageous
ACA qualified or CFA Charterholder would be a preference
Previous management experience on both running M&A transactions and junior members of a team
