M&A Associate - Associate Director

A market leading international Corporate Finance house are actively recruiting for an M&A Associate, M&A Manager and M&A Associate Director into their well-established team in London. You will be joining a firm with over 240 employees across over 15 offices working alongside the most recognised and experienced mid-market M&A advisors.

Due to large revenue growth over the past 12 months this firm are focusing on driving recruitment forward to further implement themselves as market leaders within the mid-market M&A space.

Requirements:

Associate level - ideally ACA qualified with experience in a deal environment either M&A or Transaction Services

Manager level - a minimum of 3 years direct M&A lead advisory experience within mid-market M&A

Associate Director - a minimum of 5 years working within M&A with a strong transaction background and ability to coach and train more junior members of a team

You will ideally come from a big 4 / top 10 firm or a mid-market independent M&A boutique
