M&A Assistant Director

We are delighted to announce that we are actively working with a Big 4 advisory firm to add an M&A Assistant Director to their London office.

​

This London based practice is looking for an experienced corporate finance professional to work across a range of sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory projects within the mid-market space.

​

Requirements:

• Have a proven track record of M&A lead advisory experience either as an experienced Manager, Senior Manager or Assistant Director

• M&A experience within a top accounting practice, boutique advisory firm or investment bank

• Experienced within managing M&A processes from "pitch" to "completion"

• Have experience in mentoring and coaching junior members of the team

• Robust project management skills, be able to maintain a high degree of quality across all transactions

• Experience in the Tech or Education sector would be preferred but is not essential
