Life Sciences M&A Associate

Ambition are working closely with a leading boutique mid-market investment bank who are searching for an M&A Associate to join their Healthcare deal team. The firm have an continuously expanding pipeline of mandates and are in need of a strong Corporate Finance professional to help with the execution of M&A Healthcare deals.

You will work closely with Directors and Partners in the deal team and will gain fantastic exposure of deals from preparing pitch presentations and working through to completion.

This is an opportunity to join a high quality boutique investment bank without the intense investment banking culture.

You are suitable for this role if you:

• Come from and M&A or Transaction Services (financial due diligence) background
• Have experience or knowledge of building financial models
• You have previous deal experience within the Healthcare or Life Sciences space

OR

• Have a genuine interest in specialising within the Healthcare sector

OR

• Have a bachelors or masters degree within the Healthcare or Life Sciences space
