Calling all experienced Lettings Administrators! If you are immediately available, experienced in residential lettings administration and have a great working knowledge of Reapit or a similar property database, then this temporary Lettings Administrator role is perfect for you.

Working for a highly successful, global property consultancy with a reputation that is second to none, based in the heart of the vibrant West End, this Lettings Administrator role is available immediately and will run throughout the summer.

The role requires someone with previous experience as a Lettings Administrator and someone who knows their way around a property database. The main remit of the role includes:

• Admin of tenancies, ensuring process moves quickly and efficiently
• Manage tenant referencing
• Maintain the property database
• Manage team diaries
• Liaise with tenants and clients
• General admin support

You'll need to be immediately available, able to commit to an ongoing assignment and have great IT and communication skills.
