Legal Cashier Administrator

Ambition are supporting a leading law firm with their recruitment for a Legal Cashier Administror, to support their busy Cashiering team on a 12 month FTC. This role is ideal for someone who has completed their A Levels and is now ready to start their finance career, within a team which offers the opportunity to learn, develop and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the management of client and office accounts
  • Assisting with payments, receipts, and transfers
  • Supporting with bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes
  • Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Accounts Rules
  • Supporting the finance team with administrative tasks


  • Recent college leaver with A Levels.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is not required
