Key Accounts Executive

I'm working with an award-winning data insights firm who support clients in the professional services space in their search to find a Key Account Executive to join their growing team.

You will play a critical part in their business in an exciting and highly rewarding role, interacting with leading professionals, providing exceptional client support, and driving increased usage of their product in a market with an expanding appetite for litigation data and analytics.

This role requires you to support the Head of BD and Managing Director in the proactive manage their existing client base.

You will need to have:

  • Three or more years of experience as a successful account lead in a law firm, professional services business or technology company
  • You have managed sophisticated or complex customers and have a track record of building strong networks within large clients
  • You have a consultative approach and have built and maintained strong relationships within your organisation as well as in those of your customers
