Intranet Executive

Ambition is currently working with an international law firm in their search for an Intranet Executive to join their London office on a permanent basis. The role will be reporting to the Internal Communications Manager and will be playing a vital position in managing the firm's intranets and ensuring the firms intranet remains engaging and accurate for the firm's people. This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity to join an experienced marketing team.

Some responsibilities of the role include:

• Managing the intranet editor network and training new editors
• Reviewing and updating content and ensuring editors are checking their content
• Monitoring analytics for duplicate pages, out-of-date and expired content and producing reports for editors
• Responding to queries e.g., people directories and general content/functionality queries

The ideal candidate will have experience with Intranet Sites, IT skills are essential and a background in professional services is preferred.
