Internal Communications Specialist (Manager)

Ambition is delighted to be working exclusively with one of the world's leading high-value, strategy consulting firms who is looking for an Employee Engagement and Culture Communications Specialist to join their successful and fast-paced Global Marketing Team.

As Communications Specialist, based out of London, you will be managing, and delivering, a far-reaching marketing and communications plan to ensure the firm is an employer of choice, with employees and leaders who feel inspired, supported, accountable and empowered to be the difference.

This role is a full-time permanent position, and will suit a creative, self-motivated individual with highly developed communication, written and storytelling skills who enjoys running with their own ideas to create engagement and connection opportunities whilst collaborating with others and managing the needs and expectations of the organisation. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in corporate communications, ability to launch marketing campaigns, and passion for building sustainable employee engagement programs.

The success of this role will be measured based on awareness of firm priorities among employees, employee sentiment, and brand traction in the market among prospective hires.

This individual will work closely with senior leaders, including their Chief Marketing Officer, to coordinate efforts in support of building the firms culture internally and externally. Position reports to the Senior Director of Marketing + Communications located in Chicago with matrix reporting to Communications Manager located in London.

You will need to have significant experience in corporate communications or marketing campaign activation, ideally with some experience in professional services or global scope. You will have experience of driving engagement, leading programmes and developing & executing communication strategies for large, high-profile organisations.
