Senior Communication Manager- Kent , London or Sussex.

I am working exclusively with a leading firm who are looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

In this newly created role, you will be required to develop and deliver the internal communications strategy, translating complex issues into engaging communications that help their colleagues feel informed, engaged, and inspired.

This will be a broad role, ranging from encouraging the adoption of new system and processes, changes driven by their staff engagement survey, and work with other teams across the firm to drive forward other important initiatives such as equality, diversity and inclusion and wellbeing, as well as crafting talking points and video scripts for senior leaders, creating videos, podcasts and hosting internal webinars and events.

You will have experience working at a strategic level yet happy to be hands on. Ideally you will have worked within a professional services firm. In addition, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have the ability relay complex information in a clear, concise, and compelling way.
