Internal Communications Manager 6-month FTC

Ambition is seeking an internal communications manager on behalf of a Silver Circle law firm on a 6-month FTC. The role will provide day-to-day support to the Global Internal Communications team and will have the opportunity to work on a number of critical tasks for the wider Corporate Communications function. The tasks that this role includes are hugely varied and will require good prioritisation skills and a positive attitude as you will play a vital role in ensuring effective internal communication and engagement across the firm. The successful candidate should possess the intellect, confidence and maturity to work within a partnership environment and maintain good working relationships with Business Development team members as well as lawyers.

As a Internal communications manager, you will be involved in a number of exciting projects including:

• Play a lead role in content creation, managing, uploading, and distributing content.
• Support with internal communication needs for major firm-wide projects.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and provide advice on brand guidelines.
• Contribute creatively and practically to all processes and tasks.
• Be the key liaison with the agencies.

To be considered for the role the following is required:

• Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role within professional services.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality deliverables while coordinating multiple projects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing Office 365 tools as well as Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, or equivalent design software.
