The Role

Take ownership of global internal communications with responsibilities including:

• Setting the strategic direction for internal communications across global offices.
• Managing key communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, and video content.
• Partnering with senior leaders, including the CEO, CPO, CMO, and CTO, to communicate key developments.
• Delivering impactful leadership communications and strategic town halls.
• Supporting and advising the global Marketing & BD teams on communication best practices.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a strategic and creative communicator who:

• Has proven global internal communications experience (legal background not required).
• Is confident managing senior stakeholders and delivering strategic communication initiatives.
• Brings excellent writing, editing, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Is experienced in managing communication channels and setting tone of voice.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and can hit the ground running.
