Internal Communications Channel Manager

We are excited to be working on a brand new role for an International Law frim who are looking for a talented Internal Communications Channel Manager to join their their team in London on a permanent basis.

The core responsbility of the roe is to ensure communications channels such as the intranet are joined up across the global firm, the role will require close collaboration with colleagues across the firm's Corporate Communications team - including, where relevant, the Senior Internal Communications Executive and the Internal Communications Adviser. T

The role-holder will also work frequently with the firm's top leadership, including partners and senior Business Services leaders; and other key stakeholders, including colleagues from Business Development, IT and other areas of the business.

Responsiblities:

-Own and manage the homepage of the firm's global intranet: content, design and structure. This will include management of the daily and longer-term news cycle; features; navigation (in cooperation with IT); and overall look and feel. Originate, report, draft, edit and publish a daily global cycle of high-quality online intranet news and features that bring the firm's strategy to life; showcase our successes; and celebrate our people.

-Manage and produce a regular rotation of global homepage 'banner' pieces that explore major areas of client and strategy work; sector trends; or key 'people' issues and firm milestones. This will include proactively identifying trends and important issues in the firm and bringing those to life for their audiences.

-Collaborate and coordinate with regional and global comms heads to provide innovative internal forums in which to share information and ideas; connect people; and allow global and regional leaders to hear directly from people in the firm.

-Manage look and feel of key communications channels to ensure they are eye-catching, accessible and on-brand.
