Insolvency Manager - Surrey

Ambition are working with a well established accountancy practice that are looking to hire an experienced insolvency professional to join their Surrey team on a permanent basis

The role will be at the Manager grade You will ideally have a broad experience working in both corporate and personal insolvency. The company are looking to hire candidates who confidently take ownership of their caseload making strategic and calculated decisions.

Responsibilities Include:

• Involved in client meetings
• Advising on appropriate procedures - presenting information to partners to ascertain strategy
• Involvement in initial meetings with a view to establishing the strategy of a case going forward
• Preparing initial documents following internal procedures.
• Supporting the Insolvency manager, director and partners and accepting delegated departmental responsibilities
• Supporting the Insolvency manager, director and partners and accepting delegated departmental responsibilities

Requirements:

• You should have had prior exposure to CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, LPA Recieverships and CVAs
• Be currently studying or wish to study the ACA/ACCA or JIEB
• Supporting the Insolvency manager, director and partners and accepting delegated departmental responsibilities
• Willingness to participate in marketing and business development
