Insolvency Investigations Assistant Manager
The firm is looking for you to lead on Insolvency and asset recovery cases that will generally be of a more complex and international nature, involving investigating company affairs, identifying and realising assets, managing legal proceedings and reporting to stakeholders; as well as developing and implementing debt collection strategies for credit risk assets.
The team which you will be joining deals with insolvencies involving asset tracing and recovery actions, and the investigation of significant shortfalls in insolvency and fraud related cases. Their insolvency practitioners have extensive experience of recoveries in the UK and overseas, including the Caribbean, Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia. Due to their international reach, they are supported by colleagues in member firms in all the major offshore and onshore centres. Their stakeholders range from individuals and businesses to government agencies and major financial institutions.

- ACCA/ACA qualified or other equivalent qualification
- Extensive contentious insolvency and investigations experience
- CPI / JIEB
- Understand insolvency legislation including offshore insolvency procedures
- Linguistics skills
