Insolvency Director

Ambition have Partnered with one of their long-standing clients who have an essential requirement to hire an experienced Insolvency professional who may be looking for a new career challenge as an Insolvency Director in their Oxfordshire office.

This role has great flexibility and as an Insolvency Director, you can be either delivery-focused or work-winning. The insolvency division focus on formal insolvency cases as well as contentious. The right person can make the role how they want it to be and you will get the right support from the Partners.The business has always been traditionally strong for contentious insolvency work and so if you have a background in this area of insolvency, it's an advantage.

To be considered for the role, you need to have proven insolvency experience on corporate and personal cases i.e. Liquidations, Administrations, Bankruptcies. You also need proven "people management" expertise as you'll be leading a team which consists of those at varying levels of experience.
