Insolvency Associate Director / Director - Various Offices

Ambition are working with one of their more established clients who are having a bit of a recruitment drive at the moment, given the anticipated work activity. The restructuring divison are looking an Insolvency Associate Director and Insolvency Director to join one of their offices outside of London i.e. Manchester/Leeds/Birmingham/Bristol.

The work flow will be focused on corporate insolvency projects including Administrations, including Trading, pre-packs, Liquidations and Voluntary Arrangements. You will also be working on "insolvency adivsory", so this will include cash flow forecasting, contingency planning, options analysis etc. If you have experience of Independent Business Reviews (IBRs), that is advantageous but not essential.

As an Insolvency Associate Director or Insolvency Director you'll be working on a mix of larger and smaller engagements, which will keep your work challenging and offer you the opportunity to progress. As a Director, you'd be expected to proactively network and win work as part of your role. For either of these roles, you'd be leading and managing various projects, training and handling career development for more junior staff and deputise for Partners. Some of the projects handled by the business are very high calibre, and won based on their ability to remain confidential for clients and genuniely having a strong reputation. Over the next period, the business are looking to increase headcount in this area by 20% and there are a number of "success stories" with employees rising through the ranks to seniority.

On top of having the corporate insolvency experience expected at the Associate Director or Director grade, you need to be a qualified accountant. An insolvency qualification is desirable but not essential.
