Insolvency Associate Director / Director

Ambition is working with an established insolvency practice in the UK market that is looking to continue the growth of their insolvency & restructuring department by hiring a new Associate Director to be based out of their London office.

By joining this firm you will be with a high calibre team that regularly works on some complex insolvency & restructuring projects in the mid-market sector.

Requirements

  • You must be ACA/ACCA qualified
  • JIEB qualification with appointment taking experience
  • UK Market Experience
  • Prior experience leading a team within an insolvency or restructuring team is necessary
  • You should be well versed in all forms of formal corporate insolvency including working on pre pack and trading administrations
  • You will also have had exposure to managing projects such as; independent business reviews, short-term cash flow reviews, accelerated sales processes


Responsibilities

  • Leading teams across a multitude of insolvency and restructuring mandates with minimal supervision.
  • Providing training to the team where appropriate.
  • Reviewing of the output of the team
  • Actively involved in business development and marketing activity
  • Providing support and assistance to team members and partners when required
  • Monitoring the progress of investigations within their portfolio
  • Communicating with key stakeholders, including: directors, shareholders and emplisoyees
